1. Nature of the Platform (The "Intermediary" Clause)

DoorDiscounts is a hyperlocal aggregator and discovery platform. We provide a digital bridge between residents and local merchants (Restaurants, Salons, Optical Shops, Schools, etc.).

No Agency: DoorDiscounts is not an agent, partner, or employee of the merchants listed.

No Warranty: We do not manufacture, sell, or provide the physical goods or services listed. All transactions, quality of service, and fulfillment are the sole responsibility of the Merchant.

2. Sector-Specific Disclaimers

A. Food & Beverage (Restaurants)

Platform Only: DoorDiscounts is a listing and discount platform, not a Food Business Operator (FBO).

No Liability for Quality: We do not prepare, handle, or deliver food. Any issues regarding food quality, hygiene, allergies, or food-borne illnesses are strictly between the User and the Restaurant.

Compliance: Users acknowledge that restaurants are independently responsible for maintaining valid FSSAI licenses.

B. Education & Playgroups

DoorDiscounts provides information regarding facilities and fees. We do not guarantee admission, educational quality, or the safety of the premises. Parents are encouraged to conduct their own physical due diligence.

C. Health & Retail (Optical/Salons)

Medical or aesthetic results from services (e.g., eye testing, skin treatments) are the responsibility of the licensed professional at the shop, not DoorDiscounts.

3. Social Media & Content Creation

To provide a transparent "look and feel" of the market, DoorDiscounts creates original video content and photography of partner shops and enrollment events.

Marketing Consent: By using the platform and visiting "DoorDiscounts Verified" shops, you acknowledge that we may film promotional videos or "Shop-Walkthroughs."

Usage Rights: DoorDiscounts reserves the right to use such footage (which may incidentally include background images of customers) on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook for promotional purposes.

User Contributed Content: If you post a review or photo on our app, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content in our marketing materials.

4. Discounts & "Verified" Status

Redemption: Discounts are subject to the Merchant's availability and "Peak/Off-Peak" rules.

Verified Badge: The "Verified" badge indicates that DoorDiscounts has collected basic business documentation (like GST or FSSAI). It is not a 100% guarantee of future service quality.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, DoorDiscounts Pvt. Ltd., its directors (including Arvind Kumar), and employees shall not be liable for any:

• Direct or indirect damages arising from a Merchant's failure to provide a service.
• Inaccurate information provided by the Merchant.
• Technical glitches or downtime of the app.

6. Compliance with Indian Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Uttar Pradesh).
